ABOUT LUIRA'S LGBTQIA+ INCLUSIVE SPACE
Luira Baptista, a 16-year-old black queer advocate that has created a series of videos for her MYP Personal Project experience. The purpose of this website is to spread awareness of the issues that society has had in the result of Heteronormativity. Through the use of media, she has made it my goal to reach as many people possible to help create a positive impact towards creating more diverse world.

Active participation is an essential part of changing how society works, is by breaking down societal norms. This being to be able to do this we must share and actively part take in educating one another and more importantly ourselves. So whenever possible, the best gift given is to be kind and to educate people.
UPLIFTING VOICES
Every individual has the ability to motivate others and inspire true change. To do this, we should encourage lifting each other's voices so that each one of us can be closer to freedom. Hence, have discussions with the people around your most in need, no matter the issue it may be. Never let their voice be dimmed from societal pressures
